Over the last 30 years he has been directly involved in all forms of security, having overseen the security of embassies for five different countries, ports, numerous national portfolios, international visitors and private homes. Ross has combined his well organised business, focused on maintaining long-term, quality relationships.

Nathan is an expert in service delivery, who drives our business to ‘keep promises’. He has held senior management roles in both international and privately owned security businesses, successfully managing large scale operations, workforce planning, logistics, emergency management, communications and security consultancy. Nathan maintains a tight rein on our operations to ensure our business continuously meets and exceeds both professional and client expectations.

Anna Barragan’s journey with Global Security began after a standout career in hospitality, where she successfully managed iconic events like the ASB Tennis Classic and spearheaded key partnerships, including ANZ. Since joining us as the Operations Coordinator for the Manned Services team, her exceptional skills quickly gained the trust of both clients and colleagues alike. Anna’s ability to deliver seamless operations and build strong client relationships propelled her rapid rise to National Manager - Operations. Today, her leadership and proven track record are integral to maintaining the high standards and reliability our clients depend on.

Pushpinder has had over six years' experience in the security industry. He began his career as a Static Guard in 2018, working with Armourguard and Rush Security, before moving into patrol services with Global Security in 2019. In January 2023, he stepped into an admin and supervisory role within Manned Services, becoming Assistant Manager in June. In 2024, Pushpinder was promoted to Manager – Manned Services, where he continues to drive quality and efficiency within our operations. His progression through these diverse roles has shaped his expertise and leadership within the sector.

Robyn's role is designed to strengthen the coordination of client relationship management and growth across our team. With extensive experience in business relationship management and sales on both national and international stages, Robyn brings a powerful mix of motivation, quality focus and a team-oriented approach. She’s known for building strong client connections – and for her green belt in jujitsu, which she assures us adds “security expertise” to her skillset – consider yourselves warned! Robyn’s friendly, approachable style and dedication to excellence spearheads our commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Originally from South Africa, Daniel Malan has lived in New Zealand with his family for the past nine years, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in the security sector. He spent over 13 years with ADT in South Africa before relocating to Christchurch, where he continued to expand his skills in technical support, supervision, and management roles. Daniel’s dedication and expertise were recognised in 2023 when he won the NZSA Award for SME Technician of the Year. Regarded as a savant in integration, his in-depth knowledge and innovative approach are invaluable assets to our team, and we all benefit from his leadership and technical prowess.
