To clarify why we do this… We only call you if you have unset the alarm outside of hours you have given us. If we are calling at an inappropriate time we can easily change your hours.
We ask you for a password because we need to verify you are authorised to be on site. Passwords can be set up individually or just one for the whole site.
The instructions we have for you may even be a little outdated with staff changes or phone number changes… Often people forget to update the Security Company. As a matter of course we will periodically send out a details update form to all clients. We only do this to so we always have the most up to date information possible to enable us to provide you with a professional service.
